Thank you! Hi, my name is Savannah! I’m a Licensed Esthetician located in Huntsville Alabama that specializes in Brazilians, full body sugar waxing, and skincare services. My goal is to establish long lasting client relationships and help people feel confident! What is Sugar Waxing? Sugar Waxing, also known as “Sugaring”, is an organic method of waxing. The sugar paste is made from sugar, lemon juice, and water. So, sugaring is a great option for intimate areas, those who have sensitive skin, or anyone in general! The paste will remove hair and dead skin, so it’s also a form of gentle exfoliation that doesn’t cause trauma to living skin cells. How long does the hair need to be? The area of hair that’s getting sugared should be AT LEAST 1/4 inch long or a little bit longer. For reference, that’s about the length of a regular grain of rice. Sometimes, the hair will pull out properly if it’s a little shorter than 1/4 inch, but that is not guaranteed. If the hairs are too short for the paste to grip properly, the hairs will not come out leading to less effective hair removal. Depending on your personal rate of hair growth, 2-3 weeks post shave should allow enough time for the hair to grow in for the best sugaring results. I know that seems like a long time not to shave for some, but trust me, it’s so worth it! ☺️ If the hair is longer (between 1/2 inch - 1 inch or longer), the service may be more uncomfortable while being performed, and the hair can potentially break off. If the hair is on the longer side, lightly trimming may be best, but that’s completely up to you! Appointment Announcement: Per Studio policy, no children are allowed in the appointments or waiting area. I cannot accommodate anyone who brings children with them. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience! Please arrive 5-10 minutes BEFORE your appointment is scheduled to start, so there is enough time to use the restroom if needed. Being prepared before the appointment starts will help to ensure that the schedule will remain on track throughout the day and that there is enough time to thoroughly complete the service in the designated time block. Cancellation Policy
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for same day cancellations.
A 50% no show fee will be charged for no call no shows.
Multiple occurrences of late cancellations or no shows may result in not being able to rebook. 💔
There is a 5 minute grace period. The appointment is not guaranteed to be taken if the client shows up past the 5 minute mark of the scheduled appointment time.
If you’re running late to the appointment, please call or text to let me know, so I can prepare or make alternate accommodations if needed.
I truly understand that situations come up! Please contact me with ample time if the appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, and I will adjust and accommodate clients as best as I can!
